No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch. You pay for the space your junk takes up in our trailer — that's it.
At Trashed Waste Solutions, we charge by how much room your items take up in our trailer — not by weight, not by item count. We price by quarter load, half load, three-quarter load, and full load. For smaller jobs, we offer a minimum pickup fee so you're never overpaying.
14 ft dump trailer • 48 in. side walls
That's roughly equivalent to 6 pickup truck loads. One trip from us replaces a whole weekend of DIY hauling.
Every job is quoted based on one of these load sizes. Text us photos for the fastest estimate.
~< 3.6 cubic yards
Single items or small loads that don't quite fill a quarter of the trailer. Think a mattress, a couch, or a few boxes.
~~3.6 cubic yards
About a quarter of our 14 ft dump trailer. Great for a small garage cleanout or clearing one room of clutter.
~~7.25 cubic yards
Half the trailer — the most common size for move-outs and mid-size cleanouts. Covers a solid amount of stuff.
~~10.9 cubic yards
Three-quarters full — ideal for larger cleanouts, estate clearing, or a full property turnover.
~~14.5 cubic yards
The whole trailer packed to the brim. Maximum haul for full property cleanouts, eviction jobs, or major projects.

Volume is the main driver, but a few other factors can shift the number slightly.
The biggest factor — how much room your items take up in our trailer, not how heavy they are.
Bulky, awkward items (like hot tubs or pianos) may require extra handling time and effort.
Stairs, tight hallways, long carry distances, or items that need disassembly can affect the quote.
Certain materials (e-waste, appliances with refrigerants) may have special disposal routing.
The quote we give you is the price you pay. No fuel surcharges, no hidden disposal fees, no mystery line items. If the job scope changes on-site, we talk to you first.
The fastest way is to text us photos of what you need removed. We'll estimate the volume and give you a clear quote — usually within a few hours. For larger jobs we may do a quick on-site walkthrough before confirming the price.
Neither. We charge by the space your items take up in our dump trailer. This keeps pricing simple and predictable — you'll know your cost before we start loading.
No surprises. The quote we give you is the price you pay. We don't tack on fuel surcharges, environmental fees, or mystery line items. If the scope changes on-site, we'll talk to you before adjusting anything.
The minimum covers single-item pickups or very small loads that don't reach the quarter-load threshold — like hauling away one mattress, a broken appliance, or a few bags of junk. It ensures the trip is worth it for both of us.
We appreciate loyalty. If you're a landlord in Frisco with regular turnovers, a contractor in McKinney with ongoing debris, or a property manager in Plano — reach out and let's talk about a relationship that works for both sides.
Easy access does help keep costs down. If you can safely stage items in your driveway or curbside, it reduces labor time. That said, our full-service option means we'll go inside and carry items out if you need us to — that's what we're here for.
For most residential jobs, our junk removal service is comparable in cost to a dumpster rental — and you don't have to load it yourself, worry about permits, or wait days for pickup. We show up, load everything, and leave your space clean. Homeowners across Denton, Prosper, and The Colony regularly choose us over the DIY route for exactly that reason.
